The mattress was easy to unpack and the box had wheels on it which made it easy to move around. It is definitely more to the medium side of firmness, but it is so comfortable and we have had a great nights sleep every night.

I was so sceptical about buying a mattress online, but made the leap to purchase this mattress when it was on sale as a gift for myself for Christmas and I am so glad I did, this mattress is amazing, it is so soft and comfortable, I'll even admit it is 100% better than my old mattress which I spent $5000 on. I must say though, be prepared if you do buy this mattress as it is massive and incredibly heavy, but that's exactly what I was after so I'm very happy with it.
