Faulty foor setting/alignments

I personally loved the item. Recoeved it after waiting several weeks. Everything was assembled as per the guide, However, it came faulty with the alognment. And the little part of the door came broken. Which is sad. As in picture. There is now gap on the door. We have tried everything **** unscrewing but ineffective outcome.

Colour not as pictured

Easy to assemble and quick delivery however the walnut colour is very very different to what is pictured. I would not have purchased if it actually resembled what the product really looks like. The walnut is glossy and quiet dark. Regret not going with the original and cannot return as I have assembled. Will be reselling. Very unhappy with the purchase as it was not as pictured.

Poor quality

Wouldn’t recommended. The frame is such poor quality. One of the beams I received is faulty and there isn’t a hole drilled all the way through so can’t attach one of the legs! You have to hammer in the slates to make them fit and some still don’t fit in. Without a leg the bed is not structurally sound! Very disappointed.

Yes the legs are a different shade than the rest of the unit. Personally, I think it adds character. However, clients do like transparency and as the depicted legs are significantly different than what is being shipped, I think Lifely should offer a gift card for the discrepancy.

Took me many hours to assemble, but then again I've never assembled a dresser.

Keep in mind that the finish of the material reflects grease easily. To get the finish you see on the website images you would need to wipe down regularly.

Beautiful but nightmare to put doors on

I followed the instructions to a tee & it all came beautifully together until the hinges on the doors showed no mercy. My entire day off lost to frustration of these doors! Husband had to rescue my sanity & not even he could conquer this door quest (hes a tradie!). So we ended up glueing one door on. I reached out to customer support & silence… nothing… nil… ghosted.
I live regionally & so getting unique but affordable furniture is impossible so online is a great option. Other companies like Homecoze have incredible customer support. But sadly Lifely sells & washes their hands of support. Its a shame as their products are lovely & their instructions are hilarious (seriously some great gags!)

2 person job to assemble. Wasn’t lining up with the assigned points to drill. But a bit of reajusting of screws etc they got there. 1.5 hours for 2 people. I love it’s off white / cream as my walls are the same. If you have bright white walls this won’t be the colour for you. It also matches the arches in the T&W arch rug I purchased.

The paperwork is not correct in how many pieces there are, the joins dont line up, very fiddly and long to assemble, drawer handles not easy to use to open drawers. Drawers are shallow and small in depth - cant fit much in there at all
My product has paint cracks in the ribbing as well. Its a shame

Probably my favourite piece in my home

I love this coffee table, and get so many compliments from guests and people online when I post pictures of this space in my home!
It's very on trend, colour is beautiful, design is unlike anything I've seen before, and it compliments my living room so well. It's also a great size, enough room for styling a few pieces whilst having space left for plates/mugs etc.
The assembly was really easy as well, you only need to attach the legs, and its nice and sturdy.

It's very pretty but poor quality. Contrary to some of the other views, I found this an absolute pain in the a** to put together and I am not novice in flat pack furniture. You need strength and it is definitely a 2 person job. I ended up needing power tools.
The draws are not smooth to open and close, they take some effort but what is most disappointing is the wooden slats fall off after a few months. The structure is simply wooden pieces glued to a canvas fabric and at least 60% of them have fallen off. I have tried many ways to stick them back on and reassemble this unit again and again but to no avail.
Overall, it's pretty but it is of poor quality and not worth the price. I don't know what to do with it and I'm extremely disappointed especially considering the price and that it is flat pack furniture.

Frame is great but the colour is off

Pre-ordered the frame and it dispatched on time, finally assembled it now that we have finished renovating the floors. Assembly was very straight forward, we used a drill which made the whole process much easier - cannot recommend this enough.
Slight creaking but I could try tightening everything up a bit more, it seems better after a few nights sleeping on it.
My only disappointment is the colour, I wanted a walnut, something brown and cool toned. This is very red, closer to a Cedar or Jarrah type of wood. It's mostly covered and was a great price so I decided not to both returning it but I won't buy anything else in this colour on Lifely because it's nothing like the pictures.

Unit is not white as displayed in picture

This unit is not white as displayed in all of the pictures. It is a dark beige/grey colour and the legs are a green/grey colour with lines painted on it to make it look like its wood grain. Ive included a photo next to something that is white to show you the colour difference. If you are looking for a white unit, I would recommend not buying this.

Questionable build quality

It's a shame because it does look nice and clean but it has a major design flaw in its main mechanisms.

The plastic circular piece where it connects the rotating draws to the cabinet, are very susceptible to wearing out due to the screws that literally wear away at the plastic, making this extremely fragile and finnicky. Without much effort, I've had draws pop and fall out of place within a few days. Replacing the screws with slightly larger screws only temporarily fixes the problem. Incredibly cheap design flaw. A smarter solution would be to make metal circular pieces with fitting screws so it doesn't face wear and tear issues or potentially clicking into place.

Another issue is the instruction manual sometimes misses labels or certain steps (e.g. when to install the back panels).

Overall, I'm a bit frustrated. What should have been a simple and straight forward build turned into a very confusing ordeal. Not sure why the cabinet was made this way. The main saving grace is that it looks nice.

First scan will appear on the tracking tool once your orders reach the courier’s depot:

VIC, ACT, TAS and NT – First scan event appears on the 1st or 2nd day after collection

NSW and SA – First scan event appears on the 2nd day after collection

QLD – First scan event appears on the 3rd day after collection.

WA – First scan event appears on the 3rd day after collection.

For Non- lifely Products:

Eco Home: 7 business days

Olivia Shayn: 15 business days

Note: We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will generally send an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched or if we anticipate delays.

It is a standard practice that we ensure all items ordered are dispatched at the same time if the product is available and comes from the same warehouse. We do not guarantee that it will all arrive at the same time due to special circumstances (courier operations, product availability, lost in transit etc).

Orders with multiple items (10 cartons or more) may require special handling and we can offer a delivery option that will allow the courier to deliver all your items together at the same time.  However, this service will incur an additional cost as a special arrangement will need to be made with our delivery partner before dispatch. Please note that bulk delivery is optional.

We can still process your orders as normal, but your items will be posted with multiple consignment numbers and you can expect separate deliveries.
