We heart our sofa

I was a little nervous purchasing a sofa, without trying it first. But I’m really glad I took the plunge! There are some bad reviews out there in web land (increasing my nervousness). But I’m happy to say, my experience was as described by Lifely. In fact, the colour is even better IRL. I purchased the four seater sofa with ottoman, plus an extra armless section.

Delivery was three days from purchase and the delivery guy was very helpful (I had made sure the way was clear for him and that there was plenty of space for six very large boxes to stack).

It was a bit of a mission to unpack the boxes and wrangle the modules out. But once out and in position, they snapped together easily. Definitely a two person job.

The sofa itself looks and feels luxe! It looks expensive. We have had ours for about a month now, with our big slobbery dog jumping all over it. Any unavoidable spills (drools) clean up really well. It’s super comfy – we like a firm sofa, with a nice amount of give. If you want sofa you can sink right into, this one probably isn’t for you. Love how it looks in our house. Loads of compliments from visitors.

Lifely – you should request reviews from your customers. I rarely leave reviews (only when I’m very happy with a product, or very unhappy). In this case I returned to your website specifically to find a place to review. I couldn't do it successfully on my phone, so persisted on the computer. Thank you for finally bringing my frustrating sofa search to an end :)

Absolutely love my new Alfie bed, it’s like one big, soft, luxurious cloud! The design is so on-trend and instantly makes the whole room feel calm and elevated. The quality is excellent, solid, well-made, and incredibly comfy.

Shipping did take a little longer than expected, but honestly, it was worth the wait. The moment it arrived and was set up, I knew I’d made the right choice. It’s stylish, cozy, and feels so much more high-end than I expected for the price.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for that perfect mix of comfort and modern style.

Stunning furniture piece!

I recently purchased the Frank Armchair and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality is excellent — the chair feels sturdy, well-made, and the fabric is soft and comfortable. Even though it was originally on pre-order, it arrived much sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise!

The armchair itself is very comfortable, cosy, and looks fantastic in my living room. Stoked with my purchase!

Horrible Delivery, Sofa Not That Great

Right now, on their website the green sofas are for pre-order and would be shipped by Jan 2026. When we bought it, there was no indication of a pre-order and the website was actually advertising it as in-stock (to be specific they said low stock but would be delivered in 7 days), so we followed through with our purchase. We bought it on the 17th of July and we were excited thinking we're going to receive it soon. But we receive an email saying we were suppose to expect it around early August due to delays (fair enough). August came and still nothing, we were so confuse because there were no updates from Lifely or from the shop up so it honestly felt like they just took the money and ran. We contacted customer service and they said that they are waiting for shipment of parts and that it will get to us by 30th of September. Annoying, but okay. 30th of September rolled around and nothing so we had to contact again and the couch parts are to come on the 30th NOT get to us on the 30th. So horrible communication there. The couch did not get to us until October, no updates were given from when we purchased unless we contacted them. It took them the 2nd of October to give us a tracking number. It arrived to us today, 9th of October. I'd heavily consider not buying it if you're considering time and price point for quality. It ooks pretty but even me and my partner are skeptical as to how long this is going to last us given the high price tag. Cushions are not sized the same or feel, stitching are awry, even the covers. My partner likes the colour but even that's the best compliment she can give since she wanted a green couch. Assembly is easy but joinery parts seem low quality and cheap, and there are holes in parts that doesn't match up. Took almost 3 months to get to us, entire two months of waiting, and for us to receive a mediocre quality couch. Buy with a lot of caution, especially if you're investing in a couch. We wish we would've gone to a physical store instead. Me and my partner likes to purchase goods from local, we like supporting Australian businesses big or small especially those with good causes. We're very conscious purchasers and it's not everyday we purchase $2k on a couch. The process we went through was arduous and the company needs more work into making this worth it as they say it is and they need to be extremely more clear cut about what they can or cannot offer. Don't sell things to customers if you don't have the parts ready, don't say it's going to get to us in 7 days if it won't, don't leave us hanging waiting for parts, give us email updates as to why you're not meeting the expected delivery time that you emailed us. So again, if you do buy, proceed with utmost caution.

Disappointing

I ordereded 2 twix bedsides in grey but when they arrived.
The colour is actually brown not grey as advertised and 1 one of them was cracked and damaged.
It was not adequately packaged compared to the one that was undamaged.
Still waiting… on replacements, contact and delivery has been difficult.
Some compensation would be appreciated!

Disappointed 😞

Bought this unit November 2023. It is already falling apart. Panels are loosening and falling off one by one. Doors are impossible to open, and Customer Service wouldn't help as it's outside the warranty period. I would steer clear.

Update as of 17/10/2025: Lifely reached out to me and have very generously agreed to replace the unit for me despite it being outside of the warranty period. They've also been very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Really amazing customer service.

Not satisfied with bed frame

The bed frame is not the advertised colour, it’s a lot redder/oranger. The frame and bead head are not very sturdy and wobble significantly. I’m worried that something is going to break and the frame wasn’t cheap.
I tried contacting the company multiple times about my dissatisfaction but got no response.
I’m very happy with the shape/style of the frame which is exactly what I was looking for but overall would not recommend.

Do not buy, terrible quality lamp

Super disappointed in the quality of this lamp. The online photos are super dodgy and are very good at hiding how bad quality the lamp shape is. It is bright Cheeto orange plastic. It looks nothing like rattan, you can get much better poly-rattan finishes in the market, yet this is the worst type I’ve ever seen. I would return it if it wasn’t such a waste of money to return. I’m going to buy another lampshade and throw this one out. 0/10 would not recommend.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

I recently purchased a dining table set from Lively and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience felt personal and reliable thanks to their customer service — I actually spoke with a real person over the phone, which made a big difference.

Although the item was on pre-order, it arrived in WA within a week — far quicker than expected. Delivery and service were excellent, and the product itself is excellent. The table and chairs look exactly like the photos online, with solid, sturdy materials that still have a trendy and stylish feel.

Assembly was straightforward enough, though the instructions could definitely be clearer, and we did notice a couple of parts that seemed manufactured the opposite way. Luckily, it was easy to work around and didn’t affect the final result.

Overall, I’m very impressed with my first Lively purchase. The dining set quality is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Honestly I wasn’t sure. It was a lot of money and I didn’t get a lot of correspondence. I opted to do the 22 month payments. It arrived by fed-ex in 3 boxes. The main mattress box is 140 pounds. I opened it all up and scanned the q square. Very important because I had it upside down and backwards. Once I figured it out it’s awesome. It’s no bigger than the full-size sleeper I had. Comfy! Great fabric. I got the sage! Love it! Should open up in just moments.

Honestly am in love with this desk. This is my first sit-stand desk I've ever had & I'm so glad we got this over a traditional desk. It looks incredible in the space, and is suuuuper practica & it's looks so stylish. Loving the 1x button push to my pre-set heights. I've bought & combined it with a cable organiser underneath + a dual pole mount for my monitors. It's a 'yes' from me.

We searched for so long to find a way to have a guest bed that didn't take up too much room and was also comfortable. This was the perfect solution - it takes up as much space as a sofa but has the comfort of a good mattress. We really liked all of the certifications as well, that made it a unique find.

Lost In Transit/Damage In Transit/Stolen orders must be reported immediately or at least within 2-5 business days from the date of delivery. Visit our Contact Us page & select the Damaged, Lost or Stolen During Delivery. Have your order number & the email address used to purchase your order ready.

We process and dispatch the orders within 24 hours. If you need to change or correct the delivery address, request must be received before 7am (AEST) prior to dispatch from the warehouse. If in case the order has already left the warehouse, we will charge a redirection fee and cost may vary depending on the new location. Note: We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will generally send an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched or if we anticipate delays.

It is a standard practice that we ensure all items ordered are dispatched at the same time if the product is available and comes from the same warehouse. We do not guarantee that it will all arrive at the same time due to special circumstances (courier operations, product availability, lost in transit etc).

Orders with multiple items (10 cartons or more) may require special handling and we can offer a delivery option that will allow the courier to deliver all your items together at the same time.  However, this service will incur an additional cost as a special arrangement will need to be made with our delivery partner before dispatch. Please note that bulk delivery is optional.

We can still process your orders as normal, but your items will be posted with multiple consignment numbers and you can expect separate deliveries.
