We've made it extremely easy to earn points, so whether you're shopping, creating an account or following our social accounts we’ve got you covered. Even on your birthday. Simply log in to your account when you’re shopping at Lifely to make sure that your purchases are earning points in your account.

At this stage, our rewards program has no levels or VIP tiers. All LifelyClub members receive the same benefits, however once you have spent $1000+ you unlock a further 5% off sale prices!

We use a point system as a way of rewarding our loyal customers so you can save more on your next Lifely order. 100 points = $10 in credit to redeem on your next purchase.

If available, you can redeem as little as 100 points which equals $10 off your purchase. There is no maximum number of points that you are allowed to redeem in a single transaction.

Once you have finished shopping, simply select how many reward points you would like to use on your order. you can redeem via a code generated in the Rewards tab in My Account and then enter that at checkout

When you refer a friend, if they make a purchase at Lifely (following the prompts from the email we send them), then you will earn a $50 voucher to spend at Lifey. This will be sent to you via redemption code. Simply copy and paste the code at checkout to apply the voucher to your next order.

There is no minimum spend to use your points. Customers can redeem any amount of points for a discount.

Your points and redemption codes are valid for 1 year.
