When placing your order, select the firmness layer for Side 1 and Side 2. The firmness toppers will come in a seperate box to your mattress. Simply unbox all items, unzip the top cover of the mattress and insert the layers on your preferred side.
We want you to be 100% happy with your new mattress. If the firmness layer isn't right for you, simply contact our Customer Service team and we'll send you a replacement firmness topper free of charge.
When you place your order simply choose your firmness layer for Side 1 and Side 2. The options include soft, medium-firm and firm.
