Ensure your mattress in unboxed in a room with enough space to allow it to expand. Carefully tear plastic with cutting blade. The mattress will expand quickly however we recommend allowing 72 hours for it to fully expand before sleeping on your Radiant.
Firmness layers can be inserted by unzipping the top cover.

Bought 2 Radiant Natural Mattresses for my adult sons. One was plush and the other firm medium. Both are very happy with the quality and firmness of the mattresses and commented how well they slept.

My husband and I spent a lot of time researching and comparing beds when we decided we wanted to upgrade from our old tired mattress, the organic materials and quality were a priority for us and we are very happy with our purchase! We swapped out for a soft firmness layer after wanted a squisher feel than the medium firm layers and it was super easy and quickly delivered to have the new layers sent to us! The peace of mind from both the organic materials and the overall comfort of the bed have given us many good sleeps and we would recommend the mattress to those wanting something high quality and made from beautiful materials!
When placing your order, select the firmness layer for Side 1 and Side 2. The firmness toppers will come in a seperate box to your mattress. Simply unbox all items, unzip the top cover of the mattress and insert the layers on your preferred side.
We want you to be 100% happy with your new mattress. If the firmness layer isn't right for you, simply contact our Customer Service team and we'll send you a replacement firmness topper free of charge.
When you place your order simply choose your firmness layer for Side 1 and Side 2. The options include soft, medium-firm and firm. Try it out at home and if you don't completely love it, just contact our Customer Service and we'll send you another firmness layer, free of charge. Keep swapping until you get the perfect firmness level for you!
