Tate Electric Height Adjustable Desk

This looks very beautiful, not too difficult to assemble, you surely would benefit from another person helping and will take 45min to 60 mins to assemble.

I struggled with fixing the electrical motor for the height adjustment, which I was very easily able to fix once I was able to push the motor rod in the the axle entirely.

The height range is perfect, I love having the draws/cupboards in it to help keep things tidy and easy to work with. The desk goes up and down smoothly. It looks great too! So many desks I looked at were plain and boring, but this is lovely. We drilled a hole into the back of it to hide all of the computer cords and keep things neat. I then pinned a white extension lead through there to the plug. This has kept things much tidier and easier for me to control as the screen cord wouldn't stretch far enough.

Impressed with the quality of this desk, very solid. Easy to assemble and arrived quickly. Fits well with the style of the home office

I was very exited about this standing desk since it looks amazing. When it arrived (very quickly) and I assembled it (it was pretty easy), I really liked the way it looked.

However, I didn't realize that the minimum height of the desk makes it impossible to sit properly when working. I'm 165 cm and when I'm sitting with the desk set on its minimum height, I can't position my arms to create 90-degree angle between the arm and the forearm - the desk is way too high even on the minimum height setting! This is because the desk top is very thick (since it has a storage) compared to other standing desks.

I got this desk because I wanted to improve my posture while working. Now I cannot sit properly when working using this desk and developed a pain in my shoulders since I tend to raise my shoulders because the desk is too high (although I stand while working quite a lot, but sitting properly is still important when working). I wanted to return the desk right away, but the return policy makes the process very expensive. I would not have bought this desk if I new that it would be impossible for me to maintain a proper position when working. Very upset and disappointed.

It's a great desk, just as expected and more! Didn't realise the table top is genuine wood so that's a nice surprise. Easy to use and run smoothly so far.

I really like te fell of the table and the partition underneath is great to hide all my mess.

It is practical and good size for my office.
