A Bed That Nearly Cost Us Our Marriage but Totally Worth It

So, we recently purchased this beautiful bed, and let me tell you, it almost ended our marriage. The instructions claimed it would take 2.5 hours to put together. Lies! It actually took 5 hours, countless arguments, and a contest over whose fingers were the smallest to get the bolts into some impossible spots (spoiler: enlist the kids; they have the tiny hands you need).

Despite the marital stress and the DIY drama, once it was finally assembled, the bed turned out to be absolutely stunning. We both agreed, through gritted teeth and sweat-soaked shirts, that it was totally worth the near-divorce experience.

PS: After a good night's sleep on our new bed, our marriage is fine. In fact, we’re better than ever. Who knew a bed could be such a relationship tester and fixer?

Great Purchase

Very happy with this purchase.. was putting off assembling it because of the reviews but it was a breeze. Assembly instructions and parts packaging were very easy to read and follow. Took my husband and I 1hr to put together and much to my suprise, there were no fights. Definitely can see how it could take someone 3 hours though if you dont have a drill handy.
Looks amazing and is built very solid. Would definitely recommend

Super happy I ordered this bed on pre-order came a lot earlier than expected. I was so worried about reading reviews about assembling was hard but if you use a drill it’ll make life so much easier. Took my sister and I 40 minutes to put together.

It's GORGEOUS.
I could not be happier. My Sister & I did it in 3 hours. There is a trick to the wooden pegs & the long screws once you work it out it is all good. Certainly best with an electric hand screw thingy. Strong & beautiful. I am happy with the Queen on Queen. Yet I wonder what the Queen mattress on King Base would have been like.
