I think I’m going to love it!

I think I’m going to love it. My new sleeper sofa is a great addition to an office area that is now also a guest room. Customer service was very responsive when I emailed to ask for shipping updates; I got a response from a real person who actually read my email, not an automated bot. My delivery was delayed a bit, and they offered another color in case I was in a rush, but I wanted the sage green. The delay was minimal, and I appreciated the transparency. The sofa arrived in three boxes, and I was able to manage getting them into the room with no problem, and I’m a 70-ish gal. Thanks, Cushie, for helping me to transform my space and adding comfort to my home for a great price.

I appreciate the design, aesthetic, and functionality of the sleeper sofa. Materials seem high quality, and the cover seems robust, and the way the sofa pads are connected to form the mattress is clever. It’s comfortable and the arm rests are wide and flat. I like that there’s no sharp corners and it’s soft all over because I have a little one that likes to jump around.

It’s refreshing when a product shows up and it’s exactly as advertised. Easy to put together, well made, and if you follow directions and wait the full 72 hours for the cushions to expand - it’s so comfortable! I am happy I had an extra comforter bag in the house to store the mattress topper than comes with it. It’s a great couch/bed for our flex room. Very happy with our purchase!
